Gebegebo village, home for eight-year-old boy Ramadan. Gebegebo is located in Tuliguled Woreda, Fafan zone of the Somali region. Ramadan's family moved to Gebegebo village from their home in Kontoma village three years ago due to conflict. His parents were farmers. They used to get a good income from their cash crop plantation. They also had cattle and goats. Now his parents lost everything they had due to the conflict.

Fifteen- year -old Asma is a grade seven student at Tuliguled primary school. She lives in Tuliguled village with her parents and three younger siblings. Every day, she wakes up early at 6:00 am. Before school, she prepares breakfast and fetches water. She goes to school with her three siblings 8:00 am. Asma likes her school. She is active in her class and serves as a class representative for seventh grade.

Beritu,18, a recent returnee of a failed migration attempt to Saudi Arabia Starts her life anew. a third child and an only daughter to her parents, she sells tea and coffee to her customers in Deder town of Oromia Region where she lives with her parents and her three brothers.
