In Somali and Gambella regions of Ethiopia, Save the Children continues to deliver its life saving projects while observing COVID 19 protocols. In Somali region, our staff are conducting routine cash distribution to vulnerable communities keeping with social distancing principles and by setting up handwashing stations. In Gambella, we are distributing essential hygienic supplies including soaps, buckets and basic protective equipment across two refugee camps. Our community facilitators are also providing information on COVID 19 in Terkidi and Jewi refugee camps  so the communities we serve protect themselves from the virus.
